Subject: Important Notice: Unsolicited Emails and Calls Claiming to Represent Hawaii Market Expo

Dear Exhibitor,

We hope you’re having a productive lead-up to the upcoming Hawaii Market Expo.

It has come to our attention that some of our exhibitors have received unsolicited emails from individuals or companies claiming to offer a “buyer list” for the show. Please be aware that these entities are not affiliated with Hawaii Market Expo or any member of our team. They do not represent the show in any capacity.

In addition, we’ve been made aware of phone calls from individuals falsely claiming to work for our office. For example, numbers such as 617-693-xxxx have contacted exhibitors asking for information about booth space, pricing, contracts, and in some cases, attempting to collect personal or credit card details. These calls are not from our team. Please do not engage with or respond to any such requests.

Unfortunately, these types of scams are common across many trade shows. While we work hard to protect your information, there is no way for us to prevent third parties from making unsolicited contact. We strongly encourage you to remain vigilant, avoid sharing sensitive information, and report any suspicious communication to us directly.

Thank you for your attention and continued partnership.

Sincerely,
Hawaii Market Expo
Marketing Team
